Prices and timelines
What it costs, and how long it takes
Describe the project and get a cost and timeline range made to measure. The concrete figures, with concrete people, come with the proposal.
Describe your project and get an estimate
- No email to see the result
- Answers in seconds
- Up to 3 documents
The agent reads what you write, may ask a question if it needs clarifying, and returns the talent areas, the number of people, the timeline and a cost range, computed from Scallent’s reference table.
How the estimate is made
Three steps, and only the first belongs to the model. The numbers are computed in code.
- 01
Reads and asks
The agent reads what you write and, if it needs clarifying, asks a question. One, not a questionnaire.
- 02
Structures the request
Translates what it read into talent areas, seniority, number of people and weeks.
- 03
Computes in code
No number comes from the model. The range is computed over Scallent’s internal reference table, the same one that serves proposals.
The table is not public. What is public is the range for your project and, if you go ahead, the proposal with rate, timeline and scope side by side. That is how we avoid a pricing page nobody can compare with the work they will receive.
And what an agency gives more of
A comparison with advantages on only one side reads as an ad, and discredits the ones that are true. These are the agency’s.
- Project management included, with nobody to coordinate yourself
- A single point of contact, and a single invoice
- Guaranteed replacement if someone leaves mid-project
- Contractual responsibility concentrated in one entity
These figures frame the question. They do not quote your project.
To know what yours costs, describe it. The team builds the shortlist and replies with rate, timeline and scope side by side — so you choose with the numbers in front of you.
